Ralph Ruffin 

Lead Pastor

Ralph has been lead pastor since May of 2011. He has been married to Jamie for 27 years and they have three children: Jaci, Jaden and Sparrow.

Brian Harris

Associate Pastor

Brian served in the role of Associate and Student Pastor from April of 2019 until June of 2024, when he transitioned into the Associate and Missions Pastor role. He and Jessica have been married 20 years and have two children: Savannah and Stetson.

Caleb began serving as Student Pastor in 2026. He has been married to his wife Karley since 2023. They have two children: Millie and Case.

Paul Sanders

Worship Leader & Treasurer

Paul has been the worship leader for over 35 years. He loves Razorback sports, especially football, and uses his voice for both wit and worship. Paul keeps the Word of God and the worship of God as our focus each time we gather as a church family. 

Sloane McMahan

Custodian

Sloane (seen here with her sons) has recently replaced her mother who served in this position for 24 years. Sloane has been a part of Caney MBC and the Caney community since childhood.  She loves her family and the outdoors.
